Soy Aristeo García Olivares, fotógrafo y diseñador.

La fotografía para mí es una forma de guardar lo que muchas veces pasa desapercibido.

Esas cosas que no se repiten, que están ahí por un segundo y luego se van. Lo efímero, lo real, lo que no se puede planear.

Me gusta lo documental. Observar sin intervenir demasiado. Dejar que las cosas fluyan y estar listo para cuando algo verdadero sucede.

No busco perfección, busco conexión. Lo que hago es simplemente quedarme con pedacitos de vida antes de que desaparezcan.

I’m Aristeo García Olivares, a photographer and designer.

Photography, for me, is a way to hold onto the things we often overlook —

those moments that don’t repeat themselves, that show up for a second and then disappear. The fleeting, the real, the unplanned.

I’m drawn to documentary photography. I like to observe without interfering, let things happen naturally, and be ready when something honest unfolds.

I’m not chasing perfection — I’m looking for connection.

What I do is simply try to hold onto little pieces of life before they’re gone.
